HOIA eye serum has been in development for the last year and a half and it has finally been completed! The eye serum is made on the basis of hydrosol distilled from holy basil or fire, rosemary and mint grown in Saaremaa, which give the product a pleasant herb smell and enrich the serum with dozens of phytomaterials. Rosemary helps to improve the blood supply to the skin, the tulip is soothing and toning the skin, and mint adds a gentle cooling effect to the eye gel. Eye gel contains aloe and hyaluronic acid of three different molecular weights, which helps to restore the moist balance of the skin in the upper layers of the skin; and skin-softening Saaremai algae extract. Eye gel has a skin-tightening, toning, skin-softening, soothing effect, and the active ingredients in its composition stimulate the renewal process of the skin. HOIA eye gel cares for, moisturizes and keeps the area around the eye beautiful.
USE
Apply a very small amount to the eye area and massage until absorbed. Suitable for use from the age of 25.
